I went out early this morning to do my walk. I don't know what the temperature was when I started, but when I got back feeling quite cold, I checked and it's only 45 F out there. Hmmm, yes, I live in Southern California, but I should have worn a sweater. I got my first blister today. It had to happen sometime. I think I'm going to bump up the need to get a better pair of walking shoes. The walk went pretty well and I felt good doing it.
