I did my first walk over 4 miles today. I think I need to take a snack with me if I'm going to be walking for more than an hour. During the last 15 minutes of this walk, I started feeling really hungry, even though I had breakfast right before I left. Ate some almonds when I got back and felt better. 4 miles was definitely harder than the 3 I've been doing. I'm so incredibly glad I'm starting this training so far in advance!
